When I open my launcher my account name is already saved in there. Can anyone tell me where that is kept?

.phxlauncher is created by the launcher in your home directory, at least with wine.
I'm pretty sure in windows it'll be users/YourUserame/.phxlauncher

On windows it is saved to your docments folder

That fits, it seems at some point over the last 25 years I had forgotten I remapped wine's My Documents location so it wouldn't save stuff inside my wine prefix.
