Wanted to chose a /lastname at level 10 at the NPC, changed my mind when it was read back so I didn't hit accept on the pop-up, but typed again /lastname and chose a different one. Got the new name in a pop-up and hit accept.
Got a message my lastname has been reset. So now I didn't receive the chose lastname, but also got 10g drawn off my balance.
