lag out

I can log in but not for very long. I get huge lag spikes and then I get booted. Had this problem last week, did a clean reinstall and it was fine for awhile. Please tell me this is not the only solution,

The issue is internet related, not your client, so a reinstall will do zero in that regards.

Do some troubleshooting, see the section "Error: Patcher unavailable. Shutting down." and follow it:

Using my 5Ghz connection I get booted and using 2.4 I get really really bad lag to the point where I hit a key and there is about a 3 sec delay before an action is performed. Don't know whats going on because my 5Ghz connection worked fine until about 2 weeks ago. Not cool...just not cool.
