My wife and I will be in the same house playing together will this be possible? I just want to make sure we can.

Same house, same connection same realm. It's quite easy for them to detect whether you're 2 players or 1.

As long as you both play the same realm and neither of you go afk for more than a few minutes at a time. If you need more than 5-10 minutes away from the computer, I would strongly advise you to log out until you can be active at the keyboard again.

It's of course more suspicious if one of you is the dps/farmer and the other the healer/buffer and the healer is always stuck to you 
The afk suggestion made above is also because the GM's might challenge you both to test if one is a bot.

Oh ok and yeah thats fine we will probably even be streaming at the same time so it wont be too hard to determine if it is real or not lol.

If you get tested and pass, I think they can flag your account so that you don't get harassed again. My wife and I got tested and another GM later mentioned that he could see we were tested and that he would flag the account as "OK".
