I keep getting the "Hit ESC to exit game"

I cant figure this out. I added DAOC to my firewall to allow it to not be blocked, I have rebooted the router, I restarted my computer, I have tried to run the fixer thing but it tells me I have to restart the phoenix.fixer.exe and IDK how to do that.

Im getting very discouraged and losing interest. Can someone please help me.

2. click the phoenixfixer.exe in that folder
3. click the "downgrade" button
4. start the phoenix launcher again

When I do this it tells me windows has stopped working and will close to give me a solution why...

Did you run the phoenixfixer.exe as administrator? (right clic on it and run as...)
