I cant get this game to work

Ok so I DL and installed DAOC then DL the phoenix file into the DAOC folder. When I hit Extract files I get a Compressed (zipped) Folders Error. Compressed (zipped) Folders was unable to create the specified directory. Ensure that the directory does not already exist, and that the path entered is valid.

can anyone help pls?? windows 10

Extract the files on your desktop and then copy the contents to your Game Directory
