Housing map & Alch crafting

Hello- Just dl the game and new to pheonix. My housing map house #'s does not equal the actual zone ie: the map had the right zone but wrong housing numbers on the map with what houses I was actually selecting in the zone.

also, trying to start crafting but my light brown dye when i go to click on it takes says you can't make royal torquise ( I think) - the alch icons are not selecting the right formulas?
