Anywhere there are horse pulled carts within clip range and I am looking at them I get about 5 fps, when I look away from them I return to normal frames with no issues. Druim Ligen has one of these carts near the stablemaster, Basar just south of that and the one on the road west of Adribards Retreat in Avalon Marsh. Those are just examples but anywhere there is that specific model my frames just plummet.
