Bought a house last night, turned it into a guild house. Bought a second house for personal. I have no deeds for any house. Please help

to get the deed for your personal house, you'll go to the market for your housing zone and purchase one. If you want to sell your personal house, just trade the deed to another player. The guild house is not transferrable.
