have an error on client login PLZ help

i completed the install process and when i try to log in it tells me. im running windows 7 also.

that's the error i get when the server is down and i try to login too fast a few times

did you get it the first time you tried to log in?

Like Sepp says, it's a temporary lockout of your client due to a certain amount of login attempts in a short time frame.

Should be gone after a few minutes.
