Group aggro

When me and my friends are attempting to focus pull mobs with the SM pet, the aggro has been acting weird and sends one of the adds randomly charging at a group member. We had never had this problem until today, and it has happened in different zones on both neutral and aggressive mobs. Is anyone else experiencing this problem too????

This is apparently a 'fix'. I can confirm it occurs on Alb side also

I can confirm the same behaviour with the focus pulling. The bring a friend add will often ignore the pet and go straight for the caster. It started right after the server reboot this afternoon (EST).

Nice "fix", meanwhile AE dot kiters are pulling and holding multiple camps with no issue.

Ah so it wasn't just my group that was broken...

This is a pretty major change to make all stealthy like if that's what happened... It's more than just all mobs not going for the pet, but the mobs don't even try to hit pets in the group now if they are the only thing in range and they are aggro on someone else.

The current state of mobs BAF'ing on group members, when pulled by a pet is intended; the pet is considered a player in that behaviour.
Read the /servernews folks, which are also visible at every login.

There have been discussions about changing it again, but likely not to the "original" version (mobs attack pet when pulled by pet).
