got a bugged bracelet from 3 wishes

I did the 3 wishes quest for the Avboyning bracelet which is supposed too be 59 utility with the Following stats: +6 str / 10% body / 10% spirit / 3 parry. But i got a bracelet with 69 utility with following stats: +6 str / 10% body / 10% spirit / 3 parry / 5% slash
