Gamecrash when Porting or /quit

Hi guys,
maybe someone got an idea how to fix this.
I played for the last month without that problem. (!!!)
Since some days i got the following problem:
As soon as i log out of the game or try to port to another zone, my gameclient crashes.
I already reinstalled DAoC + Phoenix Patch completly and the problem still remains.
I start the game as Administrator.

Any ideas?

Is it specific zones that you can't enter?

If you try to zone (let's say into a city) and you crash, can you open the game again and will your character be in the city?

Can you then log into that character or will trying to load into that character in the new zone always crash?

Just once, instead of reinstalling completely try just running the normal DAOC patcher and then re-run the Phoenix patcher for a quicker test.

Hi CronU,
Are you currently using any custom UI? If so, can you try disabling that and see if that could be causing the problem?
Maybe the client log will have some clues as to the problem (Documents/Electronic Arts/Dark Age of Camelot/).

No, it happens no matter which zone i port into.
Yes, i'll land in the zone and have no problem to play there for multiple hours, but as soon as i switch the zone again, game client will crash again.

Your last hint was actually the first thing i did. After that didnt help i reinstalled daoc completly.

I'm using an custom ui. i disabled it. reload back in did /quit and gamecrash again.

In your listed folder i cann't find "client log".
Just: animnode.log , critical.log, debug.log, phxdelve.txt, ui.log, world.log

Sorry, I wasn't very precise. Open and look through the critical.log, ui.log, and debug.log (pretty much in that order) and see if you see anything amiss. You could even post them here if they aren't too big (though maybe posting them on discord would be better).

Just to give it a short reply.
I fixed it by now. Thanks for your tips tricks and hints.

My firewall / antivirus program had an update pending since some days. and somehow it seems that blocked the ports. I dont know how but as soon as i ran the update the problem was solved.
