Game Frozen

hi.
a lot off time works phoenix. but now all times frozen the game. sometimes after select char, sometimes directly after char its in game and i see the play screen..
i install the game new, patch all was i have to patch, but the same problem.

anybody know wath its wrong, or have any solution?
