Game crashing on load

My game is crashing before loading the character collection screen. Anybody know how I can go about troubleshooting this?

Yeah same here actually. I was able to run it fine on my desktop this morning.

This has been a constant problem. The solution has been to wait it out. It does become an issue when these problems continue and no action other than *wait* are available. Please continue to address these problems as they are not consistent but are more annual.

Same here 2 mins ago, exactly at the same point as on the picture my loading screen stopped. Meanwhile the game runs again.
