Forcing AA with Nvidia Inspector doesn't appear to work. What am I doing wrong?

DAOC is so old I was hoping to force some really high AA. However no matter what settings I use the AA appears not to work. I have set the profile to game.dll and also Phoenix.exe. What am I doing wrong?
