exe not working for me

I try to put in the credentials that i created for the forum to log in but it doesn't accept it it just blanks the password after I try to connect, I followed the steps... what might I be doing wrong?

i'm on win7 - Net. 4.xx is installed

OMG AFTER 2HOURS I HAVE FOUND HOW TO FIX THE ERROR ------- the program phoenix.exe actualy tries to find mscorlib from an older .net, which comes with a fresh windows setup, so you have to go =>control panel windows => install/uninstall programs => windows features => You actually need to check and install Net . 3.XXXXX
