Evidently im not very smart.... lol Need help

Phoenix was runnin fine and working last night with no issues but i think i deleted a wrong item. Ive reinstalled the game and the client and i still do not know how to address the issue. Any insights or suggestions are welcome. Thanks

What's the problem exactly?

Did you uninstall and delete all remaining folders/files? Look in %appdata% for remaining folders.

Might give a little more detail of the issue. Can we assume you deleted some folder/file(s) by accident, the game stopped working so you just simply reinstalled? Now either the game doesn't launch or the Phoenix launcher is having issues?

What error(s) are you getting?
