About a month ago my Dragonscale Bracelet was deleted out of my pack while I was logged off. I filed a ticket, but it got deleted when I logged out. The next day a Dev msg me in game and said they were trying to fix the issue. I've made a couple of tickets, staying online for up to 10hrs, but have got no response. Thanks.
So 2 months of trying to get someone to replace a bracer that the devs told me the game deleted and I cant even get a response? I know this is a free game and I appreciate what you guys do, but tell me to get lost or something so I don't have to keep following up on this.
Have you considered buying a new one? "Trying to fix the bug" means getting rid of the cause not reimbursing a missing database entry. When you delete a character there is a copy in reserve, when you delete an item there likely isn't going to be one because there're shitloads of items ceasing to exist hourly between vendoring loot, item consumption, buying/handing stable tickets, dropping items, crafting, etc. Supposing a log exists of your item being deleted it may be indistinguishable from any other item destruction (shift+D for example). To prevent opportunists just saying 'lol I had x and now it's gone when I log' please man up
You will notice in the thread that I was just asking for a response. I've bought at least 5 of these in the last 2 months, so I'm not sure what your point is? A Dev contacted me and said the game deleted my item. What kind of proof do you need? Thanks for not looking at my post and giving me a bs answer.
Having a lot of people saying they lost an item through some glitch =/= seeing you had an item deleted
You yourself said they stated they were working to resolve the issue, that issue being whatever was causing item deletion. Did he outright say he was working to replace your item?

Did you try contact GMs on Discord? There you have better chance for answer your questions.
