Do old items from the dragon zone drop here?

I’ve seen some 89% quality named items drop but never items like Soulforge or Golden Alloy Sword drop in Malmahos.
Do they drop or am I on a fool’s errand?
They were in game as early as May 2002.

I've killed, and logged, over 4k kills in all three realms' "farming areas."

Golden Alloy items drop about 4% of the time from OJ+ Wulfen

Or you can go to Hib and get Militant drops from Fairies at a 12% rate.

Or you can go to Alb and get the Stone Giants to drop their items at around a 17% rate.

Enjoy the "balanced" farming.

To anyone who might be interested:
Uthred himself has stated that Soul Forge does indeed drop from Yar and Dragon
