crafting bug

is crafting bugged?
i can't seem to make anything without ridiculous high secondary skills
and i can't level the secondary skills as they link to a wrong item

Hi!
Exit the game and run the PhoenixFixer.exe tool from within the DAOC installation directory. Click 'Fix Crafting" and then restart.
