Yes, you have to find the location where your characterfiles are saved...i can't post my example since i'm not at home, but it's not directly in the game-install directory but somewhere else...
there are two files for every character you already have, and they are named after your character, so you can simply do a search for your charactername to find the location. Then simply copy the two-files somewhere else and change the existing charactername to the name of the character you want to transfer the UI to. Copy back to original directory and you are done.
