Consignment Sales - Not getting full amount

I had 96/100 potions sell since the last time I checked my house. I had each price @ 440g * 96 = 42,240.

My account balance was around 21 plat when I logged in, I think my account balance should be +42.2 plat from all the potion sales. I think I'm only getting half the credit.

This is for a personal house (not guild) in Albion, I even tried logging into the actual character that owns the house thinking the deposit only goes to the owner.

I think I'm missing like 20 plat in sales or my math is wrong?

Well, I put in an appeal ticket and was told server reboot would fix it and my account balance did not change. Still confident I'm missing 20 plat in sales that didn't credit to my account. Don't know what to do =\

Your appeal should have been replied to, tl;dr get in touch with Uthred or Cooky on discord.

this seems to be a trending theme. Im seeing a lot of people complaining about this.

Worst thing they could have done to the community is fuck with their money.

I shut off all my CM sales until this crap gets sorted out. Which really sucks as it was my only revenue stream since I don't want to spend my limited game time farming

Yeah I only make money from CM sales. Now that im not playing on that realm atm, makes me wonder how much money im missing out on since I cant keep an eye on it. I logged in there today to take all the coin off the CM, but maybe I should have take the items off too. This makes me wonder how many people really have been screwed on this deal.

Ok,

So I logged back into Hib to look at my CM sales again.

There were 10 bear pelts put on the CM and the funds on the CM were 7p 210g.

Next day, all 10 bear pelts were sold, at 400g each set of 10. that 4p.

Total coin on the CM was 9p210g.

I checked the CM logs, seems like some were removed without having to pay?

I have screen shots of all of this.
