Computer already assigned to at least one other account

Played last night just fine, this morning I cannot log into the game. I only have the one account and no one else shares this PC with me.

My wife has been watching me play and is interested in trying it herself. I've set everything up for her to play and I get this same message. How do I fix it?

My brother played after months my account was already registered...He authenticated and now i cant log my account in i get this same message...Makes no Sense to limit the server login to one account per PC after they ended shared.
