character delete

Hello,
Hope someone can help me with this, I accidently delted my level 50 warrior when trying to delete a lvl 1! My warriors name was tobkcolb is there any way i can get my character back

Is there anyway I can create a toon and get a /20 or something? Or just have to deal w/ it?
