I had this account from a while ago, not sure of the exact time frame but this was back in 2019 and 2018. Was unsure if there was a char wipe since then but I am a returning player and saw all my char's, plat, etc gone. Im sure there was a server reset but wasn't ever aware of it. Or if my characters got deleted somehow. Any and all help is much appreciated!
