Casual player trying to login

I have spent the last hour and a half navigating the redundant registration download etc. Now i am at login screen and it says my account is closed. reroutes me to the friggin EA purchase new account screen. WTFFFFFFF.

You want new blood you better forget about content and make the account creation and login WAY more casual friendly.

Clearly DUCKWAD, if there is an error returned at the LOGIN screen then I followed the 4 steps correctly. Your ignorant comment and snotty eyeroll is not clever, its just pathetic.

I thought this was a SUPPORT forum. If not, where can I go to find help so I can play?

When you are being routed to the EA login you clearly did something what is not in the description.
So I'd recommend you start with a fresh empty folder and follow the steps. Make sure that you start the phoenix.exe in the end. You only need the Camelot.exe once in the whole process for downloading the client. After that it's phoenix.exe and nothing else.

It sounds like you are trying to run camelot.exe instead of phoenix.exe

However, I must point out that your attacking the staff and instructions, which you appear to have not followed correctly, does not lead me to believe you will be a positive presence in the game. Hopefully I am mistaken.
