Can't Right Click inventory Items

Both yesterday and today I cannot right click anything in the backpack to view the info/stats. Is it a bug, setting, etc...anyone know?

Please help, Thanks.

got it once, it was a screen res/ui issue

Whenever behind the window there is something else, it can bug like that.
Can be a chat window, the alpha window, etc...
