Can't login Win32 error 12002 operation timed out

I was switching characters an got kicked out of the game and I can't login for the last hour , I've tried vpn and firewalls problems but nothing is worjking , did the normal turn pc and router on and off also and that didn't work.

Yep same problem. Win 10 pro all updated.
Run regular
Run as administrator
Tried diff login servers
Had my dog try too and still nothing
