Cant login

in Support Center

lets me get to character screen when i click play to login it says error can not login hit esc. last time it did this it was on my old account when i crashed and i had to create a new account. now its doing it this time after a crash

It always help to read the complete Error-message to have a better idea what could be causing the problem. Could you please write the text here or post a picture?

you are not allowed to make multiple accounts, maybe it was detected you have multiple accounts and therefor the second account doesn't have access (your name doesn't appear on the first three pages of the bansection, so don't freak out unneccessarily because of me)
