Can't log in.. getting "Two factor authentication required. Please check your email (and spam folder)

Came back from vacation and now I can't log in, I've gotten this message in the past when I've returned. So I went to my email acknowledged the Two factor authentication required email and logged in. Not this time, no email as of yet and when I have sent an request in via ""Contact us"" to get an email, still nothing. Miss the game and friends, hope this isn't the end of DAoC Phoenix for me.

I am having the same issue. This happens when I reset my router or connect from my office computer sometimes. But this time there is no email in my Inbox, Other, or Spam folders. Seems like their outgoing mail server is maybe having an issue?

Last night I logged into my account on my office computer ( I do this a lot because my main computer doubles as my work computer). It is prompting me to check my email for multifactor authentication. I do so, but there are no new messages from Phoenix in either my inbox or my junk folder.

Can you please look into this? Logins on my primary computer are still working fine. I have verified my password and account login are correct and working fine.

hey everyone I figured out the no email two factor authentication bug
my second computer is used for photoshop alot. apparently adding lots of extra USB hard drives and CF card has the effect of reordering drives within Windows 10. I unplugges mu USB Hub w/ like 6 drives on it, rebooted and it works. no prompt for email or two factor authentication, logged in just fine.

I’ve downloaded the game to play for the first time and when I attempt to log in it asks for a 2 stage verification and asks me to check my email. The first email to verify my Phoenix account came through within a couple of minutes however it’s been quite some time yet I’ve not received this second email.
Is there an issue with this or does it normally take a while?

I play at work and home, haven't played at home for a few day and get this message. Email link does nothing , any help or suggestions?
