hi here, someone can tel me why my game is launching but until 100% it shut down.

Receiving an error message, Account not on file or invalid. I am able to log in to the forum. What am i missing?

Try resetting the password to something using only ascii characters and at most 20, we apparently have a slight mismatch between the password hashing methods used by the forum itself and the auth server.
