can´t join account not on file

i try to connect but an error occured, account not on file or invalid.
i can join the Forum, have acitvated my acc per email, Fresh install of daoc and have updated this Folder but he wont let me in.
please help.

Soooo…
Finally i changed my Password so i get a new email and after that i was able to log in, dont know if the Passwort itself was corrupt ^^
