Can't find the Documents folder (after fixing launcher)

So now I'm getting this error after fixing the Launcher using the PhoenixPatcher

Ran as admin and AV is off (for testing)

Managed to fix it by renaming the Phoenix.exe to Phoenix-old.exe and then renaming the Phoenix.backup.exe to Phoenix.exe and using that one to launch.
