so i made my account verified it all click create character go through all the steps but it doesnt show character no matter how many times i do it can anyone help please?

You are probably trying to create an illegal class/race combination. Allowed combinations are listed here:
https://forum.playphoenix.online/realm/rvr/3221-class-race-combinations
If you choose an illegal combination, you get kicked back to the selection screen to try again.
