Can't access the modified version for DAoC

Hello there folks,

yesterday I downloaded everything as adviced. I even took my bard to lvl 2. Today I have no access to the whole folder.
The Phoenix.exe is gone and I can't put it back in. So what kind of issue might this be?

I was happy to try DAoC for free, since this is the first game as MMORPG I've played. Played from the beginning.

I'd be thankful for every help!

My Phoenix.exe tends to dissapear, normaly after a windows update. I restart the pc, then run the phoenix patcher, this more often than not installs the phoenix.exe.
