cannot create toon

Hi,

I've got an issue which is I cannot create a specific char and especially this one (Lurikeen Blademaster)
Each and every time I create this one, the slot is still remaining empty without any char on that.
The thing is only when I want to create this toon which is very frustrating.
Can someone help me to find the solution?

My understanding is that the character creation screen is tied to the live patch level, so it shows races and classes that are unavailable here.

If you try to create a character with an unavailable race and/or class it will not save and you'll just see the slot empty on your roster.
