Same problem, in fact you can`t use frostalf with any class (same with sharr). Didn`t checked other races, I did fresh install.

Hum... not sure why you linked this wiki. It`s a definitely bug, you can`t use frostalf and charr at all with any class (before update you could use). Etc. frosty CAN NOT be thane, runemaster, spiritmaster, shaman, healer after update.

My bad. I see this "can't create xy combination" so often it just triggers a certain standard protocol in my head.

Bugtracker or in the maintenance update thread would be a good place then.
