Camera movement via mouse doesn't work at all

Hi,

I have a weird problem with my mouse. Even though I have all the keyboard settings set up the same way as a friend, I can't use mouse movement to change my characters/the cameras direction. For him everything works as intended and outside of the game everything works fine too.
I've tried deleting the Phoenix files in the documents folder, deleting the daoc files in there too aswell as performing several fresh installs but nothing works.

Any idea on how to fix that problem?
I think I wasn't able to completely remove all of the Phoenix-files because whenever I installed it all again it still remembered the Account name. If anyone could tell me where any other files are located I could try to delete those.

Cheers!

Is your mouse configured for a left-handed button configuration? If so, then you are likely stuck with this problem. If not, there could be a bug, but this is the first I've heard of that.

It's configured for right hand as far as I know. At least I didn't change anything and am right handed.

It sounds like you need to change your mouse look settings in / keyboard

There are some options to reset the keyboard config in the options screen, that has always worked for me when I get things acting weird. Hopefully that will help. Using a standard mouse config it should just work right anyway, but who knows with all the new mouse tech out there.

I am having the same issue as well.
I have already reinstalled the game
Remove all settings from program data folder associated with DAOC
I have tried loading different keybooard settings.

The only playable option is not to bind mouse look and mouse pan to my mouse button

I have turned snap off and then on again, mouse look I had it on, reverse and off and mouse sensitivy to 2

Still still persist...was working fine last nite is when I log this morning it was all borked across all my characters

Some gaming mouses come with software that has preloaded settings that can sometimes overwrite game settings. If you have one, check those. Make sure it doesnt contain some kind of default profile. It may have worked fine with the old client but once you did a fresh install it could be conflicting. Only thing I can think of atm.
