What exactly is the issue? Can't see anything wrong on the screen... might be because its so small.

You can see the neck area is glitched out. It would be easier if a GM can look ingame, where its easier seen.

More like the chest piece is too big and overlaps with the cloak...
Or the fact that kobolds have no necks...
