BUG THIDRANKI CK ?

Hi all sorry i dont speak anglish very well.
I want enter inside ck thidranki (at us). I can enter 1st door but a 2nd door (its not the keep door of the tower) right next to the first one prevents me from entering the inner courtyard. = always "the keep gate is too far away". It's a bug ? How to fix this bug ?

It's been that way since they implemented the newest battleground changes. The only thing you can do is relog until it works.

I have repeatedly log with several different characters lev 24 and always double door to the entrance but no door for the tower and no mini doors on the corridor sides ???
