I'm templated and have 45 bow, It wasn't like this while leveling but now I'm missing nearly every shot, infact I think I was doing more damage at lower level lol.
Bow misses nearly everytime

Did you enchant the bow? is it at 35% bonus on the delve?

Check if the bow is enchanted. Back in the day I got to RR3L3 with an unenchanted bow
