Did you try other nukes aswell? Theu has the same lvl 45 nuke, other classes aswell I guess.
Resists get applied correctly (26%) but I don't know why the sorc hits for less with the spec nuke. Maybe it's because alb body dmg is usually a life leech? Might want to check if it's body damage in general (do other realms/classes have Body nukes?) in order to help with that.

Mentalist is doing more damage because hibs have the power relics.
sorc lt > body sorc spec dd. Lifedrain has an inherent bonus, casts faster (2.5 vs 2.8) and heals you. Even with a cab debuffing for a body sorc, lt will still bel > spec nuke.
