Being able to resize DAoC in Windowed Mode

Hi - I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to resize DAoC once in windowed mode.

Example- I set it to Windowed Mode and a smaller resolution (800x600) then I was able to resize the window down even farther on my screen.

I am able to play at work a little bit here and there and just wanted to be able to resize the screen down a bit so it doesn't take up so much of the window. I have been able to do this on the other private server.

Any advice if I am able to do this, or if it is a feature that is disabled maybe ?

Just tagging in here to request the same - It'd be nice to be able to activate window mode and then set any resolution outside of the normal preset

Ditto.
I love to be able to do this as well.
At the moment I haven't found a setting that will allow me to play on my widescreen monitor without everything looking 'stretched'.

For NVIDIA video card users, you can create custom resolutions.

Step 1: Open NVIDIA control Panel
2: Click on Change Resolution

3: Click on Customize

4: Click "Create Custom Resolution" then click accept
5: Put in the display Mode Horizontal and Vertical as desired. leave refresh rate and scan type as default unless you are familiar with those settings.
6: Hit test to try the display, yes your screen will look out of whack probably but you have to complete that step to make it work. Then click yes to save resolution

7: Under custom you will now have your new resolution in the window, and it will also show in game. You may need to restart windows for DAOC to pick it up, but it will be there. I have a 2560x1080 monitor and I created a custom resolution of 2400x960 this method and it works perfectly. **note I created this resolution as an example**

I do not have an AMD card to test if their software has the ability to do this. You can use software called Powerstrip to create custom resolutions.

I wanted to replay back in this thread to say my 21:9 resolution monitor only stretched DAOC during the character selection screen. After you login, everything appears as it should on my rig.
