First forgive me my bad English because I am French.
My account and that of my 6 year old son has apparently been banned because we can no longer access the game.
I understand that you are chasing the fraudster, but however we are not.
Watching our characters and their levels, we do more XP than RVR and the only RVR we do is in battleground level 24.
Would you be kind enough to reactivate our two accounts please?
