ban expired but player cant log in?

hi, my friend baracus was banned at 20.11. 19 and got 14-day-ban, what yesterday should be expire....but today he cant log in....his start screen loads till 95%, than comes message: hit ESC to exit game.....what does it mean plz? should he create now a new account? he is not getting any email verifitcation or something like this.

It may not be because his account is still banned, have him try bringing up the phoenix fixer and hitting the downgrade button on there. It should work after that.

whatever he does, DON'T amke a new account, that would be a clearly written rule violation leading to another ban

try forlorns tip, and if it doesn't work try contacting staff on the discord for additional help

thnx for your hints, the problem is solved now, it was the "downgrade to 1.25-problem" what is written in another thread about failed log-ins.
