Aom reduce magical damage...

It also reduce cc timer? Doesn't found any news about this.

Always has, I believe they have it as a secondary resist here though so you get less bang for your buck with it.

AoM does not reduce cc. It did before NF Ras but since the switch in beta / november secondaries no longer affect cc duration.
