anytime LD

Hi all guys, i play from house with wife and son and i'm experiencing many many many many many too many LD, at this time playing phoenix is very hard, i really like this shard, i work from years on networking so i know, my net is ok, i hope that admin can handle this problem, i don't want leave, please fix that.
