an error occured and you were unable to connect

Hi I'm getting the above error message after the DAOC loading screen.

Anyone have any advice ?

I saw a patch happen when I started the login. I got the IP authentication email again. Completed the authentication, then tried to login. Then got the 'an error has occurred and you are unable to connect' message.

Just logged in successfully

I had the issue, and AVG security software said that IDP.Generic was a virus and i had to quarantine it. Wouldn't let me move past it.

Same here, small launcher patch and now this error every time i try to log in.

Edit: after a number of tries login worked.

Not able to load game crashed portal to (Hibb) from CS stuck loading now can't load at all! not able to connect via client! IP ports open when loading game never seen IP port open while fetching game ! I just did am IP verify and now I can't load game lovly HELP !

had to reinstall everything and grants anti virus permissions again, running the phoenix.exe and it now gives me cant write to debug file error ?

I had the same thing AVG said it was a virus I did what it said and it took my shortcut away

Keep trying to log in, it will eventually let you in... They're working on it, check discord for more info

seems like they have broken the login when trying to sort the multiple account logins, instead of just stopping multiple acocunts, the whole login has been cocked up..

hey guys i had the same issue for about 2 hours but have seem to fixed it.
right click and run phoenix.exe as ADMIN
you should get another email about account verification :/
click the link in your email
log in

Having same issue
Crashed in CS and once i tried to reconnect i was getting to the char screen then would drop when trying to load char
Now it starts to load after sign in and says Cannot Connect
