after login to the game crash

Hello after the character selection I click on play and the game crash.. anyone can help me to understand whY?

I have tried windows mode full screen.. on all resolution the game crash..


Anyone can help me please?

Do you get an error message or does it just shut down?

What hardware and OS are you running and are your drivers and OS updated?

Do you use standard UI or any custom? I had similar problem, when was using Bobs UI version, what I was using back in time on live and on Uthgard.

I'm having this problem, is there a specific version of bob's ui that need to be used to work here? i really want Healer Helpers.

Before you decide on a custom ui, are you able to log in successfully using the default ui?
